Opting Out (Excluding Yourself) from the Settlement

Deadline: Exclusion Requests must be postmarked no later than October 2, 2026.

What Opting Out Means

If you opt out of the Settlement, you will not receive any money from the Settlement, but you will keep any right you have to pursue your own claims against Rapid Investments, LLC and/or Axiom Bank, N.A. relating to release cards and release-card fees.

If you do not opt out, you will remain a member of the Class. You may submit a claim for payment, and you will be bound by the Settlement if the Court approves it, including its release of claims against Rapid and Axiom. You cannot both opt out and receive a payment from the Settlement.

How to Opt Out

To opt out, mail a signed “Exclusion Request” stating that you want to be excluded from the Hall v. Rapid settlement. Your Exclusion Request must include your name and address, be signed by you, and be postmarked by October 2, 2026. Mail it to:

Hall Release Card Settlement
c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC
P.O. Box 225391

Questions about opting out? Call the Settlement Administrator at 1-833-930-0165 or email Class Counsel at releasecard@sylaw.com. Please do not contact the Court.

Other Options

Instead of opting out, you may stay in the Class and file a claim, comment on or object to the Settlement, or do nothing. These options, and their deadlines, are described on the Settlement Home Page and in the Class Notice.
